WINDOWS

DOUBLE HUNG WEIGHTS & CORDS

Weights and cords double hung windows are a very easy operation with both sashes moving up or down individually.

Each sash is counter balanced by weights in a boxed frame at the sides. A very traditional window type.

The look of each window can alter according to type of horns or profile to sashes.
You can have either timber or aluminium flyscreens fitted externally and restricted opening for pool safety.

DOUBLE HUNG COUNTER BALANCE

Counter balance double hung windows can have all the features of the weights and cords window except its operation is different by each sash balancing each other.

In turn this means as you operate the bottom sash the top sash moves down.

Counter balance frames do not need any boxed sides for weights.
You can have either timber or aluminium flyscreens fitted externally and restricted opening for pool safety.

DOUBLE HUNG SASHLESS

Sashless windows operate in vertical motion with both top and bottom panes counter balancing each other.
They sit in an external timber frame with either timber or aluminium guides down each side (aluminium guides can be powder coated).
They do not have a timber sash supporting glass, sashless windows have a key lockable plunge lock.
You can have either timber or aluminium flyscreens fitted externally and restricted opening for pool safety.

CASEMENT

Casement windows hinge from the side and can operate from stainless butt hinges or stays, with either of these hinge types.
We use truth encore winders which run on a slide arm for very easy operation.
In addition there is a cam lock fitted to the side, flyscreens can sit internally and do not need to be moved for operating or locking.
Windows open up to a full 90 degrees for great ventilation and you can have either timber or aluminium flyscreens fitted internally and restricted opening for pool safety.

AWNING

Awning windows hinge from the top either from galvanized hook hinges, stainless butt hinges or stays.
Awnings can operate with a lockable chain winder or a truth encore scissor arm, flyscreens sit internally and do not need to moved for operation.
Window opens up to 40 degrees and you can have either timber or aluminium flyscreens fitted internally and restricted opening for pool safety.

LOUVRE

Louvre Window can be made almost any size you like as long as it meets the relevant Building Code requirements.
Louvre Windows are available as single window systems in heights of up to 3061mm and widths of up to 4000mm.
Window sizes greater than this are achievable by joining window systems together.

SLIDING

Sliding windows operate with adjustable bottom rollers and slide in an aluminium channel at the top which provides excellent protection from moisture.
The sliding sash sits to the outside for best weather protection.

BI FOLD SERVERY

Bi-fold servery windows operate in a folding motion with a number of different make ups.
They open outwards and can be supplied with either a timber sill or no sill at all.
We hang and fit all sashes at the factory so installation is as simple as a typical window frame.
They operate with centor stainless steel fittings and this system can also have an integrated pull down flyscreen.

FRENCH DOORS

SLIDING WITH A14

Swinging doors can either open in or out, photo seen here has fixed door panels along side, or you can have just fixed panes or no sidelights at all.

Double doors can either have rebated centre stiles or a mushroom stop.

Sliding doors with A14 centor top hung rollers are used when door weight exceeds what steel bottom rollers can handle.
They are a very smooth operation and have timber pelmets either side at the top to hide top track and wheels.
They also have an aluminium channel at the bottom with ball bearing wheels fitted under door at each end for very smooth operation.

STACKER SLIDING

Stacker Sliding Door Systems allow you to have two or more sliding doors operating in the one direction.
These doors collect each other as they move or if very large doors they can be operated one at a time.
Stacker Sliding Door Systems can be on bottom rollers or top hung.

BI-FOLD

Bi-Fold Doors operate in a folding motion with a number of make ups depending on how many doors in total or which direction they move.
They open outwards and operate on Centor stainless steel fittings. We include site install with this product.
There is also the option of an integrated flyscreen.
